About us
Lídia and eleven years of tantra in the Eixample
Tantra Barcelona was born in 2015 in a first-floor flat in the Eixample Esquerra, two streets from the old Casa Golferichs. Lídia came from training in therapeutic massage and then in tantra and lingam massage with a teacher from the Berlin school; she opened the studio with a single room, one table and the idea of offering long sessions when almost the whole sector sold half an hour by the clock.
Today the space has two connected rooms, the tantric chair we brought in 2018 and the tatami in the second room, but the way of working is the same: one person per slot, conversation before starting and no rushing. What new clients ask most is whether "this is serious"; after the first session they stop asking.

What is a tantric massage and how does it differ from a conventional erotic massage?
A tantric massage is a full-body hot-oil massage that uses breathing, rhythm and touch to awaken sexual energy and spread it through the whole body, rather than concentrating and discharging it quickly as a conventional erotic massage does. At Tantra Barcelona that difference shows in three things: the duration (never under 60 minutes), the interactive lingam massage and the initial conversation about guidelines.

In Barcelona the word "tantric" is used for almost any sensual massage, which is confusing. The simplest test is to ask about duration and release: if the session lasts half an hour and release is the goal, it is not tantra. If it lasts an hour or more, the whole body is worked first and release is an option at the end (or absent, as in our Tantra Plus), you are looking at a real tantric massage.
How much does a tantric massage cost in Barcelona in 2026?
At Tantra Barcelona a tantric massage costs between €200 and €600: €200 for the 60-minute Tantra Plus, €250 for the Tantra Top, €300 for the 90-minute Tantra Intensivo and €400 or €600 for the 2 or 3-hour Sublime Ritual. Couples sessions cost between €400 and €800, and Sexual Healing is quoted individually.
These are fixed prices, VAT included, paid at the studio on the day; we do not ask for a deposit. Compared with the Barcelona market we sit at the upper end: a "cheap" tantric massage in the city runs around €100–150 for 45 minutes, usually in multi-cabin studios with rotating staff. What is a session at Tantra Barcelona like, step by step?
A session at Tantra Barcelona always follows five steps: booking on WhatsApp, arrival and shower, a conversation about guidelines, hot-oil massage on the table (and tantric chair or tatami depending on the session) and an unhurried close with a shower. Between arrival and departure allow about 20 minutes more than the massage itself.

At Tantra Barcelona the lingam massage is interactive and release is only included from the Tantra Intensivo onwards.
What is a first tantric massage like?
You arrive, shower if you wish and talk for five minutes with Lídia to agree guidelines. The session starts on the table with hot oil and breathing; nothing happens that has not been discussed first. Most first visits choose the 60-minute Tantra Plus.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we work by appointment only with a single client per slot. For 60 and 90-minute sessions there is sometimes same-day availability; for the Sublime Ritual and couples sessions please allow 24–48 hours.
Is it discreet? Who else is in the studio?
Nobody. We reserve the whole slot for you, so you never meet other clients at the entrance or exit. The exact address is not published online and we ask for no personal data beyond a name and a contact number.
Can women and couples come?
Yes. Although most clients are men, Tantra Barcelona also welcomes women and couples, with a specific two or four-hands session that can be performed with a second female or male therapist.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Lídia works in Spanish, Catalan and English, and the studio is ten minutes from the main hotels of the Eixample and Plaça de Catalunya.
