What is the Tantra Plus at Tantra Barcelona?
Tantra Plus is a 60-minute therapeutic tantric massage with hot oil, performed on the table in the main room at Tantra Barcelona, with a first part that unblocks sexual energy and a second part of interactive lingam massage. It costs €200 and does not include release: the aim is to channel, hold and retain.
In practice we split the hour in two. For the first 30 minutes we work the whole body with hot oil, breathing and long strokes, loosening the back, glutes and inner thighs, where most people carry tension they are not even aware of. The second half brings the lingam massage, which here is interactive: you receive, but you also give. Lídia sets the pace so arousal rises, is sustained and spreads through the body instead of peaking.
Who is the Tantra Plus for?
Tantra Plus is the best choice if this is your first tantric massage in Barcelona or if you want to learn to retain sexual energy. It is chosen mostly by people arriving with curiosity, little time or some shyness, because the table and the two-part structure make it easy to follow.
What we are asked most is whether it feels "incomplete" without release. In our experience, no: many people leave their first Plus with an awakened energy that lasts for hours, which is exactly why they come back for the Tantra Top with the tantric chair or the 90-minute Tantra Intensivo. If you want a full session with release from the outset, go straight to the Intensivo.

Does Tantra Plus include a happy ending or release?
No. Tantra Plus at Tantra Barcelona does not include release; it works on retaining sexual energy. If you want a session with release, the 90-minute Tantra Intensivo (€300) includes it.
What does "interactive" lingam massage mean?
That you do not only receive: during the second part you may also touch and give, within the guidelines agreed before starting. It is what sets a tantric lingam massage apart from a passive sensual massage.
