Who is Lídia and what is her background in tantra?

Lídia is a tantric therapist, founder of Tantra Barcelona in 2015 and the person who personally performs every individual session at the studio. She first trained in therapeutic massage in Barcelona, then in tantra, lingam massage and sexual energy work with a teacher from the Berlin school of tantric massage, continuing with annual stays until 2019.

Before opening the studio she worked for two years in a hotel spa on Passeig de Gràcia, and from there comes a habit she keeps: oil is warmed in a bain-marie and towels are changed for every client, no exceptions. She opened Tantra Barcelona in a first-floor flat in the Eixample Esquerra with one room and one table, at a time when almost all the city offered were half-hour cabins. Betting on sessions of at least an hour cost her months of an empty diary, and then became the reason people come back.

In 2018 she added the tantric chair, in 2020 she expanded into the adjoining office to build the second room with tatami, and in 2024 she began working with a trusted female and male therapist for four-hands couples sessions. She works in Spanish, Catalan and English.
